The role focuses on developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for thruster hardware, including work instructions, process controls, equipment integration, supplier coordination, capacity analysis, root-cause correction, material handling, and configuration management. The position requires at least three years of manufacturing or manufacturing engineering experience and a bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace, or a related engineering field.
