Description
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for manufacturing engineering activities for assigned products, including coordinating new product and line launches, project start-ups, change management, capacity planning, quality and process validations, trial runs, audits, product cancellations, engineering and process changes, cost-reduction activities, KPI monitoring, and line retirement. The role requires a bachelor engineering degree, Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and project management; 3–5 years of experience in project management, the automotive sector, and product cost structure is preferred. The worksite is Parque Industrial Rio Bravo.
