Description
Bosch is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support new product transfers and local manufacturing coordination, optimize mass-production processes and production-line issues, prepare FMEA, control plans, work instructions, and maintenance plans, release equipment, execute ECRs, improve process efficiency, manage lean production, control spare parts and consumables, support sample trial production, and use data analysis to identify root causes. The role requires a mechanical or automation engineering background, statistical analysis, Python or R familiarity, Minitab or Tableau/Power BI experience, English proficiency, MS Office skills, assembly-process knowledge, lean manufacturing experience, project and problem-solving experience, and preferably IATF 16949 P6 knowledge.
