Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will plan, execute, and report on manufacturing engineering projects; research, test, and deliver automated solutions; commission factory equipment; analyze production data; and collaborate with manufacturing, IE, Lean, development, commercialization, production, and quality teams to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, throughput, and cost. The role also involves footwear-factory equipment layout and requires a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of manufacturing engineering experience, Lean and automation expertise, machine commissioning experience, and 25% domestic or international travel.
