BRP is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support production in a mixed-model assembly environment. The role focuses on improving assembly processes, selecting and implementing tools and fixtures, applying lean manufacturing and DMAIC methods, resolving manufacturing problems, developing standard work instructions, managing engineering change notices, and supporting new product development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, at least three years of manufacturing, equipment, and tooling experience, AutoCAD knowledge, ERP experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position requires current work authorization, infrequent travel, and relocation at the candidate’s own expense; sponsorship is not provided.
