Description
The role is responsible for stabilizing and continuously improving machining processes, optimizing parameters and tooling, solving process issues, reducing scrap and downtime, supporting production and engineering changes, and documenting improvements. It requires knowledge of PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, GD&T, metrology, equipment and tooling design, machining processes, and problem solving, along with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and three years of experience in machinery design and manufacturing.
