Description
Charge Robotics is hiring its first manufacturing leader to scale production of robotic systems that assemble solar farms. The role coordinates with design engineers, supply chain, technicians, vendors, contract manufacturers, and customers; leads production scaling; develops manufacturing documentation, drawings, and BOMs; and supports part qualification, incoming inspection, and supplier quality. The position requires 4–8 years of experience bringing complex electromechanical products from prototype to production, mechanical-drawing and manufacturing-documentation knowledge, strong communication skills, and availability to work 4–5 days per week from the San Leandro headquarters with approximately 10% travel to solar construction sites.
