Description
The Manufacturing Engineer develops and improves cost-effective manufacturing processes, tools, equipment, workcells, and production methods under the guidance of a Manufacturing Engineering Manager. The role leads manufacturing launches, ECO and corrective-action projects, process studies, line balancing, equipment troubleshooting, and operator training while maintaining manufacturing files and ERP data. It requires Lean Manufacturing, SolidWorks, tooling fabrication, inspection, ERP, CAD, and manufacturing experience, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3–5 years of operations or manufacturing experience.
