Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer will improve Budd Lake production operations by reducing manufacturing, absorption, and product-cost variances; analyzing production data; improving cycle time, throughput, labor content, material utilization, and inventory; implementing automation, robotics, vision systems, and AI-enabled analytics; and leading continuous-improvement projects. The role partners with Operations, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering, supports process validation and yield-loss resolution, and trains production personnel. It requires a relevant technical degree, at least five years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, robotics, automation, and manufacturing systems.
