Description
Commonwealth Fusion Systems is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to transition new products from development to full-scale production. The role involves developing and qualifying manufacturing processes, designing production layouts, tooling, and fixtures, performing DFM and DFA analysis, creating process documentation, coordinating with supply chain and planning, analyzing manufacturing performance, training production personnel, and troubleshooting production and quality issues. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience, at least five years of manufacturing engineering experience, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
