Description
Culligan Quench is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to lead process design, optimization, and continuous improvement in its Grapevine, Texas refurbishment operation. The role owns refurbishment processes for filtered water systems, implements Lean manufacturing practices, analyzes production data, drives root-cause analysis, develops work instructions and training materials, and supports production, quality, supply chain, and operations teams. The position reports to the Director of Refurbishment and requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, plus two to five years of manufacturing or refurbishment experience.
