Description
The role supports the planning, design, purchasing, and implementation of changes to manufacturing equipment and systems. It involves developing manufacturing processes, standards, work instructions, workstations, tooling, and continuous-improvement initiatives while interpreting engineering drawings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and applying Lean and safety practices. The position requires AutoCAD and SolidWorks proficiency, experience with new-line development, workstation and process design, documentation, and manufacturing problem solving, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or mechanics field.
