Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will optimize manufacturing processes for opto-electro-mechanical instruments, improve production efficiency and quality, reduce waste and downtime, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and optical issues, and lead continuous-improvement projects. The role involves process documentation, equipment and tooling qualification, root-cause investigations, Poka-Yoke solutions, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, production data analysis, and collaboration with engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or manufacturing field and at least three years of experience supporting system integration, manufacturing, assembly, and testing are required, along with medical-device manufacturing experience and knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements.
