The Manufacturing Engineer role improves manufacturing efficiency and scalability by applying product design, fabrication, assembly, testing, and process knowledge; supporting production-floor operations; establishing lean and 5S practices; preparing production, labor, material, and quality reports; maintaining safety and equipment standards; creating assembly training videos; and assisting with assembly technicians and other manufacturing processes. The role requires a four-year engineering degree, at least three years of relevant experience, prior high-production experience, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office. It is performed 80% in a production environment and 20% in an office, with a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year and health, dental, and vision coverage.
