DISHER is partnering with a global manufacturer in Cedar Springs, Michigan to fill a Manufacturing Engineer role focused on improving production processes, supporting equipment and tooling, and driving efficiency, quality, and safety on the manufacturing floor. The position evaluates workflows, implements continuous improvement, designs and maintains manufacturing equipment, analyzes production metrics, supports new product introductions, and maintains technical documentation. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, while at least two years of manufacturing engineering experience is preferred; the role also requires CAD and CAM proficiency, machining and assembly knowledge, communication and project-management skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
