Divergent is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to bridge design and production, own multiple development and production products, lead manufacturing processes, develop scalable processes, improve yield and cycle times, introduce automation, support new product introduction and rapid iteration, maintain AS9100-compliant documentation, troubleshoot hardware nonconformances, and lead cross-functional teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, aerospace or defense industry exposure, CAD and GD&T proficiency, experience with MES, PLM, and ERP systems, and hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing techniques. Compensation ranges from $96,350 to $235,740 USD depending on engineer level, with equity, bonuses, health and wellness benefits, and professional development support.
