Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will develop and maintain lean manufacturing processes and product structures, lead cost-out and continuous-improvement initiatives, perform root-cause and failure analysis, and support new-product development and manufacturing planning. The role requires a relevant degree or equivalent, knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, quality tools, manufacturing principles, and cross-functional process improvement, with advantages in engineering design, reliability, ProLaunch, and aerospace quality standards.
