Emerald Technologies is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for its Medford, Oregon team to own and improve PCBA and electromechanical assembly processes. The role develops manufacturing process instructions, troubleshoots defects, improves yields and production efficiency, supports DFM/DFA and quoting, and champions 5S and lean practices. Candidates need at least five years of printed circuit assembly and mechanical assembly experience, an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, strong documentation and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
