Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will facilitate and implement manufacturing improvements at Excellerate, working with production personnel to improve safety, quality, cost, efficiency, delivery, and capacity. Responsibilities include facility layout development with AutoCAD, capital equipment and tooling procurement, preventive maintenance coordination, regulatory compliance, process optimization, time studies, and employee improvement projects. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering and at least five years of relevant industry experience, with 5% travel and a typical Monday–Friday schedule.
