Description
Fathom is hiring a Methods Development team member to review customer-supplied documents and translate them into step-by-step manufacturing methods, including materials, purchased components, and outside processing. The role uses Solidworks and ERP systems, supports sourcing and procurement, collaborates with production and design teams, evaluates ECOs and modifications, and contributes to manufacturing improvements and design for manufacturability. Experience in sheet metal fabrication, drawing interpretation, CAD, and Microsoft Office is required; significant finance and P&L experience is a plus.
