Fisher Barton Thermal Spray Technologies is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and improve cost-effective manufacturing processes, coordinate product launches, design tooling and fixtures, analyze plant performance data, support process optimization and asset utilization, and collaborate across research and development, production, quality, and other departments. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 3–5 years of experience, with SolidWorks and manufacturing experience preferred. It is based in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, with business-office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
