Description
Leads plant-level operational excellence and continuous improvement deployment for a valves manufacturing business. The role develops OPEX plans, analyzes current and future process states, facilitates Lean and Kaizen improvement projects, trains and coaches cross-functional teams, tracks savings and implementation results, performs maturity assessments, and promotes best practices. It requires extensive industrial and Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement experience, valves manufacturing and assembly/testing knowledge, Lean and Six Sigma methods, data visualization, Power BI, PowerApps, ERP/SAP, quality systems, and change-management skills.
