Ford is hiring a Process Engineer to develop and launch production assembly processes and new or retooled equipment for electrified and hybrid transmission programs. The role leads physical and virtual implementation of advanced manufacturing systems, workstation design, 3D CAD specifications, quality and risk-mitigation activities, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Plant Operations, and OEMs. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering and at least five years of practical manufacturing and problem-solving experience; automotive or high-volume production experience is preferred. The position is hybrid, requires onsite work four or more days per week, and offers salary grades ranging from $74,300 to $166,200 depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
