Ford is hiring a Quality Engineer for its Incoming Quality area at a vehicle assembly plant. The role monitors supplier-delivered parts, applies Six Sigma and other problem-solving tools, prioritizes supplier risks, supports engineering changes, uses data to forecast product behavior, leads cross-functional quality teams, and presents results in Spanish and English. The position requires manufacturing experience, statistical and data-analysis skills, leadership, and strong presentation abilities; Six Sigma certification, automotive supplier experience, forecasting tools, quality-campaign management, and automotive engineering knowledge are desirable. An engineering degree in a relevant field is preferred.
