The role supports thermal deliverables across the product lifecycle, coordinates with suppliers and cross-functional teams, manages quality and reliability programs, and provides on-site supplier management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent practical experience, eight years of thermal technology and manufacturing experience, and experience with quality control, process capability, reliability, failure analysis, and process improvement.
