Description
HITEC is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Almelo to develop, implement, and continuously improve new and existing production processes, tooling, and workstations for small-series production of high quality dynamic UPS systems. The role combines technical and organizational work, including workflow and layout design, equipment placement and procurement coordination, quality process evaluation, PFMEA/control plan/documentation ownership, compliance with policy and regulations, and cost analysis to support production decisions. The position is full-time and requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience, and familiarity with quality methods and engineering software.
