Description
The Manufacturing Engineer designs manufacturing processes, methods, operation sequences, tooling, capacity models, and production layouts for new and existing products. The role evaluates factory performance, supports cost-effective manufacturing solutions, coordinates with internal and outsourced partners, ensures regulatory compliance, and develops data-driven recommendations. It is a full-time position with no shift premium in Malaysia and requires a relevant degree or commensurate experience, typically 2–4 years of work experience, along with skills in manufacturing engineering, Lean Manufacturing, data analysis, Python, and project management.
