Description
The Manufacturing Engineer designs engineering solutions for moderately complex products, including manufacturing methods, processes, cost estimates, capacity models, time standards, tooling, layouts, operating procedures, safety protocols, and maintenance plans. The role supports new product introductions through end-of-life, collaborates with internal and outsourced manufacturing and development partners, solves complex problems, leads projects, and mentors less-experienced staff. It is a full-time position with no shift premium in Malaysia and requires a relevant degree or commensurate experience, typically 4–7 years of work experience, along with skills in manufacturing engineering, Lean Manufacturing, project management, Python, and related disciplines.
