Hudson Manpower is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for its Small Machining group in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role focuses on developing and maintaining machining process routings, coordinating with design, quality, maintenance, scheduling, and other manufacturing teams, optimizing machining workflows, supporting new product and capacity projects, and training operators. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, 3+ years of machining, manufacturing engineering, or process planning experience, and proficiency with SAP, CAD/CAM, GD&T, and machining processes. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, materials science, and NX modeling are preferred.
