Socomec NAM is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Engineer to serve as a manufacturing expert and lead capacity expansion and new capital equipment projects. The role develops facility layouts, coordinates infrastructure improvements, oversees machine shop equipment, evaluates suppliers and integrators, implements manufacturing best practices, supports production with technical problem-solving, and leads corrective and preventive actions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, at least seven years of manufacturing experience, and experience with engineer-to-order or custom product manufacturing, capital equipment projects, and ISO quality and environmental systems.
