iNRCORE Group is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for its Dyco Electronics facility in Hornell, New York. The role leads automation and process-improvement projects from concept through implementation, including equipment integration, PLC and motion-control systems, robotics, vision systems, validation, training, documentation, and ongoing support. The engineer will analyze manufacturing processes, develop business cases and ROI analyses, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement and manufacturing modernization. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, manufacturing automation experience, and regular presence on the manufacturing floor; it is ITAR-restricted and offers health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
