Intuitive Machines is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Houston, Texas, to operate and optimize EOS M290 Direct Metal Laser Sintering systems and support the production of flight-critical and high-value parts. The role combines additive manufacturing process development, CAD preparation, build simulation, troubleshooting, quality inspection, equipment maintenance, production coordination, and R&D support. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, 3–7 years of experience in additive or advanced manufacturing, and proficiency with DfAM, metal and polymer systems, CAD/slicing tools, materials, and quality standards.
