The role supports transmission assembly operations, leads safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives, supports product and design changes, implements manufacturing process improvements, and helps deploy technologies aligned with the Smart Connected Factory strategy. Candidates should have manufacturing production experience, operator work-instruction experience, process development and tooling experience, and familiarity with manufacturing systems and data analysis tools. A related engineering or technology degree is preferred, and the position offers a base salary of $67,692 to $101,532 plus benefits.
