Description
Molex is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Nogales, Sonora to provide technical support to production lines, develop and update manufacturing procedures, and lead continuous improvement and new-product implementation projects. The role supports production, quality, on-time delivery, cost reduction, scrap reduction, downtime improvement, process automation, SAP manufacturing data, and compliance with quality, environmental, safety, Six Sigma, RBA, and CTPAT/OAS standards. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of experience managing, maintaining, and improving production metrics, manufacturing technical support experience, and advanced conversational English.
