Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for its Janesville, Wisconsin facility to improve the performance, reliability, safety, quality, and efficiency of production assets. The role develops asset strategies, supports troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, coordinates with operators and maintenance, evaluates repairs and shutdowns, and leads equipment improvement projects. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical discipline, or four years of manufacturing or industrial operations experience, along with asset-strategy, troubleshooting, equipment-operation or repair, and Microsoft Office experience.
