Description
Phillips Medisize is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Phillips, Wisconsin to support the design, implementation, optimization, validation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, automation, and systems. The role partners with production, engineering, quality, maintenance, suppliers, and customers; supports new product introductions, equipment design reviews, FAT/SAT, process risk assessments, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, at least one year of manufacturing engineering experience, and experience with troubleshooting automation equipment, CAD and schematics, and related manufacturing technologies.
