Phillips Medisize is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Costa Mesa, California, to independently lead manufacturing engineering workstreams for new product introduction, product transfers, validation, and ongoing manufacturing operations. The role covers process development, work cells, tooling, line balancing, capacity assessments, project execution, IQ/OQ/PQ validation, PFMEA, root cause analysis, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and training. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of manufacturing engineering experience, and experience with engineering documentation, change control, root cause analysis, process validation, or risk management; SolidWorks experience is preferred. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship and offers an estimated annual salary of $95,000 to $115,000 plus variable pay.
