Description
LanceSoft is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for a fully on-site, standard Monday-Friday role lasting 8–9 months at $55 per hour. The position supports continuous improvement, quality, process optimization, new product introductions, equipment and tooling documentation, engineering change orders, and troubleshooting of assembly failures. It requires a bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing operations experience, engineering and data-analysis skills, CAD experience, and Lean methodology knowledge; automation, controls, or equipment integration experience is preferred.
