Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will design, develop, and continuously improve manufacturing processes; support new product introduction and production readiness; optimize material flow and ERP transactions; improve throughput, cycle time, and equipment effectiveness; and provide shop-floor support for quality, safety, ergonomics, and compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering or a related field, 2–7+ years of relevant experience, and experience with assembly, production, process improvement, and ERP systems. The position offers a $72,000–$90,000 annual salary and benefits including dental, vision, medical, disability, life, retirement, and paid parental leave.
