LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for power management products. The role covers process standardization, Lean and Six Sigma improvement, material replenishment and ERP integration, production support, testing and validation, facility layout and capacity planning, quality compliance, and safety and ergonomics. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or a related engineering field, 2–7+ years of relevant experience, and experience with assembly, production environments, process improvement, and ERP systems.
