Description
Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support Navy Reentry Systems sustainment. The role involves developing and overseeing technical work instructions, ordnance data, parts breakdowns, engineering requirements, safety and transportation procedures, maintenance procedures, bills of materials, and configurations; reviewing technical drawings and documentation; delivering data products; coordinating project tasking, schedules, and risk analysis; and investigating support equipment and hardware issues. The position also covers manufacturing processes, production layouts, automation, robotics, computer-aided manufacturing, 3D model data, statistical process control, and continuous improvement. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, DoD Top Secret clearance, and United States citizenship are required; prior missile or re-entry program experience is desired. The full-time salary range is $70,500 to $130,900, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
