Description
Mach Industries is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to industrialize defense products for high-rate production. The role owns production planning from late-stage prototype builds through mass-production ramp, designs high-throughput manufacturing systems, optimizes product design through DFM/A, leads manufacturing launches and vendor studies, develops manufacturing data structures, coordinates automation and factory acceptance testing, and supports production, quality, capacity, and continuous improvement. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5+ years in manufacturing or industrialization, and familiarity with CAD, GD&T, process capability, and shop-floor processes. Compensation is $105,000–$140,000 USD for the Engineer tier and $140,000–$180,000 USD for the Senior Engineer tier, with healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and equity participation.
