Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will support the design, build, launch, and continuous improvement of welding, assembly, CNC, hydroforming, and stamping processes for steel and aluminum engine cradles. The role manages medium-sized projects, tooling programs, engineering changes, PPAP and run-at-rate activities, manpower studies, quality troubleshooting, customer interfaces, and automated equipment controls, while requiring a mechanical manufacturing or industrial engineering degree, at least five years of automotive assembly or similar manufacturing experience, CAD and AutoCAD skills, and familiarity with FMEA, APQP, and DOE. The position is regular and permanent with a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000.
