The role covers process improvement, PFMEA, production-line design, equipment and automation qualification, tooling and equipment installation, supplier management, documentation, and cross-functional delivery of manufacturing solutions. A mechanical or automotive engineering degree or equivalent experience is advantageous, along with manufacturing, CAD, GD&T, health and safety, and technical problem-solving experience.
