Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer owns and improves manufacturing processes, equipment, methods, production-line layouts, work instructions, fixtures, tooling, and value streams. The role develops and optimizes processes, manages preventive maintenance and quality controls, supports chemical and safety compliance, performs time studies and cost estimates, leads improvement projects, and coordinates with engineering, suppliers, and management. It requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering, at least three years of related experience, SolidWorks proficiency, Lean Manufacturing knowledge, and strong analytical and project-management skills.
