MicroSurgical Technology is hiring an on-site Manufacturing Engineer in Redmond, Washington, to design and improve medical device manufacturing processes, tools, fixtures, automation, quality control, and production-line performance. The role covers process validation, root-cause analysis, equipment qualification, yield and waste improvement, documentation, training, and support for customer complaints and returns. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of medical device or hardware manufacturing experience, tooling and production troubleshooting experience, SolidWorks certification or equivalent experience, inspection-tool proficiency, and knowledge of FDA-regulated manufacturing processes. The position pays $90,000–$120,000 per year and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
