Description
The Manufacturing Engineer owns the system-level engineering for new product introduction, design for manufacturability, facility layout, tooling and fixture strategy, capital equipment justification, technical escalations, cost modeling, and capacity planning. The role bridges Design, Production, and Quality while developing production processes and supporting the in-house manufacturing of switchboards, control panels, and power distribution equipment. It requires a bachelor's degree in manufacturing or industrial engineering, 5–8 years of manufacturing engineering experience with significant floor presence, electrical or electromechanical manufacturing experience, and familiarity with Lean, ERP systems, AutoCAD, and advanced Excel.
