H.O. Bostrom is hiring a full-time, onsite Manufacturing Engineer in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The role focuses on designing fixtures, jigs, and tooling in SolidWorks; improving production processes, manufacturability, setup time, repeatability, and production flow; supporting new product introductions; coordinating preventive maintenance and equipment installation; and leading root-cause investigations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least three years of manufacturing experience, SolidWorks proficiency, and experience with fixtures, tooling, or manufacturing equipment.
