Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will improve manufacturing equipment performance, processes, safety, quality, productivity, and cost effectiveness through root-cause analysis, statistical methods, continuous-improvement techniques, process capability and control-system design, and data-driven optimization. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or automated manufacturing, engineering or equivalent technical education, and 7–10 years of manufacturing experience, with plastics experience preferred. The position involves cross-functional collaboration, team leadership, problem-solving, and occasional on-call availability, with work hours generally not exceeding 40 hours.
