Composition Brands is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Engineer in Greenville, Michigan to support U-Line, Marvel, and Viking Refrigeration product lines. The role leads manufacturing process development, continuous improvement, new product introductions, engineering changes, equipment transitions, pilot-unit validation, capital equipment planning, and cross-functional coordination with production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance. The position requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years of fast-paced assembly or production experience, hands-on shop work, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and 3D CAD modeling, with SolidWorks preferred. The role is salary-exempt, permanent, and requires approximately 50% office and 50% shop work, with about 15% travel between the company's manufacturing facilities.
